Welcome to Richard Brett Out of Hours Answer Desk Service, offering a out of hours answer service Monday - Friday 17:00 - 8:30 and 24 hour weekend cover. All calls can be vetted and prioritised and if required engineers can be refered to in urgent calls. Verbal help can be given to provide on-site help, and save you money.
We can offer this comprehensive service as I have 28 years of extensove experience working in the refrigeration industry, working on most equipment from domestic to 200 Horse power chillers and packers. I have worked in almost all the supermarket chains, and have knowledge of most alarm panels. I have also manuals and wiring diragrams for the majority of controllers.
Our service offers an out of hours 'First Contact' service for your customers.
